- 2 green apples, juiced
- 2 handfuls spinach leaves
- 1 cucumber
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 1 small Kiwi (optional)
- Coconut water, according to thickness you like
You can make this smoothie according to the equipment you have. If you have a high- powered blender, you don’t need to juice the apples; you can just core them and blend alongside all the ingredients with a little coconut water. If not, juice the apples first and then blend with the rest.
