Healthy weight loss is not about depriving yourself. Here’s a wonderful dessert that’s healthy as well!
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of wet dark chocolate
Method
- Fold together berries and yogurt.
- Melt chocolate. Place berries and yogurt in a bowl or a dessert jar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- You could also put yogurt on a plate and place berries on top of it. Drizzle chocolate over berries.
