Berry Yoghurt Chocolate

Healthy weight loss is not about depriving yourself. Here’s a wonderful dessert that’s healthy as well!


  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of wet dark chocolate


  • Fold together berries and yogurt.
  • Melt chocolate. Place berries and yogurt in a bowl or a dessert jar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • You could also put yogurt on a plate and place berries on top of it. Drizzle chocolate over berries.
