  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 4 buds clove spice
  • a tablespoon of mint leaves
  • ½ lemon
  • honey as per taste
  • 1 cup boiling water


  • Boil water.
  • Put clove, mint and fennel seeds in your cup.
  • Pour the boiled water in the cup and wait for 5 minutes.
  • Add the juice of the lemon. Add honey.
