The Banana Smoothie

Soothing and filling, this banana smoothie can be enjoyed by every member of the family, regardless of age.


  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tbsp. vanilla
  • Stevia as per taste
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp. almonds crushed


  • Combine together with half glass of milk with the almonds and the bananas. Blend until it is smooth.
  • Add the stevia, vanilla, ice cubes, and the rest of the milk and combine until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
