Eat Your Water!

To lose weight without depriving yourself eat fresh fruit and vegetables that have high water content. These are fruits like pineapple, peaches, oranges, sweet lime, watermelons, cantaloupe, kiwi, and veggies like tomatoes, celery, cucumber, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers. These foods are low in calories and will fill you up without adding on the pounds. Combine a mix of fresh chopped fruit for a fruit salad, grill any veggies and some fruits like pineapple, use sliced cucumber, carrots or bell peppers for dips instead of chips or make smoothies that mix both fruit and green leafies like spinach or kale.
