Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened oats milk, almond milk or any other nut milk of your choice
- 2 cups kale, stemmed and leaves chopped
- 2 bananas
- Stevia to taste
- A tablespoon of flaxseed powder
Method
- In a blender, combine the milk, kale, bananas, stevia, and flaxseed powder. Blend until smooth.
