If you struggle to work out at the gym for an hour or more at a time, there may be good news. A study, published in the ‘American Journal of Physiology’, found that men who exercised for just half an hour each day lost more weight than those who exercised for a full hour. The study monitored healthy but moderately overweight men and tracked their weight loss over a three-month period. Those who exercised for 30 minutes each day lost an average of 8lb whilst those who exercised for an hour, lost only 6lb.
