Ingredients
- 1–2 medium seedless cucumbers
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1½ tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Purée cucumbers, shallot, garlic clove, and dill in a food processor or blender.
- Add buttermilk and blend again.
- Pour into a serving bowl and whisk in Greek yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for an hour before serving.
