- 3-4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 whole unpeeled bashed garlic cloves
- Macadamia nut oil
- Pink salt
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into chips. Place in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil and pinch of salt.
- Pop them in the oven for 30-45 minutes depending how burnt you like them.
