Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Shake

This makes a great night-time snack, or even a quick breakfast. Kids will absolutely love it!


  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup for taste


  • Place the yogurt in a blender.
  • Add the blueberries.
  • Blend the ingredients until they reach a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and add honey or maple syrup as per taste. You will need a thick straw to drink this.
