Chocolate-Dry Fruit Energy Balls

These delicious energy balls or laddoos will make a perfect snack mid-morning or early evening.


  • 1 and ½ cup cashew nuts, walnuts, and almonds
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 8-10 large Medjool dates
  • 4-6 tbsp small dark chocolate chips
  • 4-6 tbsp good quality cocoa powder


  • Put the dates, apricots and cashews, walnuts and almonds in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add the chocolate chips and pulse just a bit to mix them in.
  • Create quick energy balls or laddoos out of the mixture.
  • Coat each of the laddoos in cocoa powder.
