- For Almond Milk:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 cups water
- For smoothie:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- Large handful blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
- For almond milk, rinse and drain the almonds and place in your food blender with 4 cups filtered water. Soak overnight. Blend on high speed for 3 minutes or until smooth. Strain through muslin cloth or a fine sieve. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
