Have a smaller dinner to help increase your appetite for breakfast. Begin the habit of eating something very small, like a half a small bowl of whole grain cereal or just half whole grain toast. Your body will slowly get used to digesting food in the morning, and you will start having a better appetite. Try to eat within an hour of waking up. Don’t wait until you are really hungry. And remember, breakfast is important, but you don’t need to overstuff yourself.
