Select an exercise routine that suits your lifestyle. Everybody has a different lifestyle and a work routine. Don’t be too hung up on the timing; fit exercise into whatever your schedule it. If that means working out a bit late or too early, it’s just fine. Or you work home-based and may prefer to exercise or use your treadmill throughout the day after every few hours! Don’t restrict yourself about when you should or should not workout. It’s more important to fit it into your day.
