Low-Cal Greek Salad

This is a delicious combo of crunchy veggies, juicy tomatoes, creamy feta cheese and a bright lemony dressing. Compared with other salads, this Greek salad is relatively low in calories and carbs. It also contains heart-healthy fats from ingredients like olives, olive oil, and feta cheese. This recipe is no-added sugar, low-sodium, low-carb and is low saturated fat.


  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 lb. plump tomatoes
  • ¾ cup Greek or black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup sliced radishes
  • ½ cup low-fat feta cheese


  • 150ml olive oil or avocado oil
  • 175ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced


  • Wash and cut lettuce into pieces and slice tomatoes in quarters.
  • Combine olives, lettuce, tomatoes, and radishes in large bowl.
  • Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with vegetables. Put into a serving bowl.
  • Crumble feta cheese over it all and enjoy!
