When trying to lose weight don’t weigh yourself every day or you may end up getting discouraged. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day due to the water and food you have. Foods with high salt content cause fluid retention. Women on their period or just before it may feel bloated as also experience weight gain. Or you may hit an exercise plateau, where your weight may remain constant for some time even though your body fat content is going down. Check your weight on a specific day, say once a week, and stick to it.
