- Puree of 4 fresh tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Stevia to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Blend 2 cups water, tomato puree, lemon juice, stevia, pepper and salt together in a blender until smooth
- Pour into a container. Add more water into mixture if necessary.
- Refrigerate about 1 hour. Add more water if juice is too thick.
