Cook Healthy!

Eating healthy also helps prevent your cholesterol levels from becoming high. Stop cooking foods that contains high levels of saturated fat, like pies, cream, cakes and biscuits. You can replace them in your meals and snacks with foods that are high in unsaturated fats, like oily fish, nuts or seeds. Introducing soluble fibre to your diet is also beneficial and will help in reducing the amount of cholesterol in your blood; this includes foods such as oats, beans, fruit and vegetables. Needless to say, your new choice of foods need not be boring. Just use your imagination in the kitchen!
