  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey


  • Combine blackberries, banana, yogurt and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
