Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries for optional garnish
Method
- Blend berries until smooth.
- Whisk yoghurt, honey and vanilla in a separate bowl. Pour berries into the yoghurt mixture and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Pop a couple of berries into each mold for texture and then pour berry yogurt mixture into molds. Freeze 4-6 hours before serving, and add popsicle sticks about an hour into freezing.
