Anti-inflammatory Clove

Clove oil has been used for generations to deal with gut inflammation. Clove powder also stimulates metabolism to help lose weight, and is especially effective when combined with pepper, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Clove water is a great source of healthy vitamins and minerals that can boost your immunity. It is also a great source of calcium, magnesium, manganese, and vitamins K and C. Add 1/4th tbsp. of clove powder to one glass of boiling water. After it cools down strain the water. Add few drops of honey and have it every morning. Don’t overdo the clove powder; it might aggravate Pitta dosha in some people.
