Sauté Right

Sautéed vegetables are great for weight loss. They are low in calories, high in fibre, and packed with essential nutrients that keep you full. But using too much oil can quickly negate the low-calorie benefits of vegetables and lead to weight gain. You don’t always need oil to sauté vegetables. Use a splash of vegetable broth to prevent sticking. It will save you about 120 calories per tablespoon of oil skipped.
