Ingredients
- 2 cups of seedless watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 lime juice

Method
- Place the watermelon chunks, coconut water and cayenne pepper in a blender. Add lime juice and rock salt. Blend well and serve fresh. If you need the juice to be thinner, adjust the coconut water.
