Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 6 egg whites
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
- 2 diced apples
- 4 tbsp. of unsweetened apple sauce
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Stevia as per taste
Method
- Preheat the oven for 350 degrees.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients, except for the diced apple.
- Add the diced apple and stir with a spatula.
- Pour the mix in a 6-cup muffin pan, and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
