Almond Butter-Banana Overnight Oats

Almond butter’s protein content supports muscle repair, hair and nail health, and promotes satiety, helping weight management. Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Almond milk as per the consistency you need
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1tsp. shredded coconut flakes
  • Vanilla extract

Method

  • Take a large bowl and add the oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, and honey.
  • Stir to combine. Top with the banana and almond butter.
  • Cover, and then pop into the fridge overnight. Enjoy the hearty breakfast the next morning.
