Soothing and filling, this banana smoothie can be enjoyed by every member of the family, regardless of age.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 tbsp. vanilla
- Stevia as per taste
- 1 glass milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tbsp. almonds crushed
Method
- Combine together with half glass of milk with the almonds and the bananas. Blend until it is smooth.
- Add the stevia, vanilla, ice cubes, and the rest of the milk and combine until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
