Ingredients
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 2 cups of plain yogurt
- Honey or maple syrup for taste
Method
- Place the yogurt in a blender.
- Add the blueberries.
- Blend the ingredients until they reach a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a glass and add honey or maple syrup as per taste. You will need a thick straw to drink this.
