Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ginger root, sliced
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder or chips
- ¼ tsp Fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg,
- 1 pod Cardamom
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp honey/ agave nectar
- Milk (optional)
Method
- Bring water to a boil, add the spices and simmer for 30 min stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add honey and milk to taste.
