Kids will enjoy this wonderfully spiced and sweet bread. Sweet potatoes are rich in fibre that can reduce levels of hunger hormones, help slow down digestion, and make you feel full. Says a 2015 study in the journal ‘Biomedical and Environmental Sciences’, sweet potatoes have resistant starch that can help reduce the risk of obesity. The other ingredients like cinnamon and coconut oil help your weight loss efforts. Cinnamon is well-known for aiding weight loss. It is high in fibre, and can help reduce food cravings by promoting a feeling of satiety and fullness. It also boosts metabolism. Coconut oil, too, reduces cravings, boosts metabolism, and helps lose abdominal weight.
