Ingredients
- 2 cups organic whole milk
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2-3 drops vanilla bean extract
- Stevia to sweeten
- Pinch grated nutmeg
- 4 tsp raw cacao powder
Method
- Warm the milk on a low heat with the cinnamon and vanilla bean extract allowing for the flavours to infuse.
- When the milk is warm add the cacao powder and then sweeten gradually to taste.
- Stir in the nutmeg and serve in a mug.
