Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- ⅔ cup frozen banana slices
- ½ cup steamed peeled and chopped beets
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Mix the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
