Protect Avocados From Browning

Avocados, despite being high-calorie, help you on your weight management journey. Monounsaturated fats, like oleic acid, promote fat burning and reduce fat storage. If you’re using just half an avocado at a time, brush the rest with lemon juice. You could also store the remaining half with the pit still in it, wrap it with a plastic wrap tightly, and keep in the refrigerator.
