Pomegranate-Watermelon Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup pomegranate kernels
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • A pinch of rock salt
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • A few mint leaves (optional)

Method

  • Place the watermelon chunks and pomegranate kernels place in a blender. Add the lime juice and rock salt. Blend well.
  • In a tall glass add 2 ice cubes and pour the juice in. Top with mint leaves.
