Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

This delicious, low calorie smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and the anti-inflammatory ginger, which is helpful for treating symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ cup ginger juice
  • 2 ½ cups soy/nut milk or regular low-cal milk

Method

Put all ingredients into blender and blend at high speed until smoothly blended.
