Healthy weight loss is not about depriving yourself. Make your own low-cal and nutritious dessert where you have complete control over the ingredients. What better than Greek yoghurt, sweet strawberries and a drizzle of dark chocolate? This will serve two people generously.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons of honey or as per your preference
Method
- Fold together berries and yoghurt.
- Melt chocolate with heat on medium. Place the folded berries and yoghurt in bowls and drizzle with melted chocolate. Add honey.
- If you’re serving guests, pour a pool of yoghurt on a plate and place berries on top of this pool. Drizzle chocolate and honey over berries.
